Our crystals are sourced from different countries around the world through trusted local and international suppliers πβ¨
Are the crystal sizes exact?
Not always β and thatβs part of the charm β¨
Since crystals are natural materials, slight differences in size, shape, color, and finish are totally normal. The process of turning crystals into beads, cabochons, and other forms can also vary from batch to batch.
Because of this, the crystal sizes listed on our website are approximate. We usually round them off to the nearest 0.5β1mm.
Basically: each piece may have tiny differences, but thatβs what makes natural gemstones special π
Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now, we only ship within the Philippines π΅π

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of β±99 anywhere in the Philippines.
Free standard shipping for orders β±2,500 and up ποΈ
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship out orders within 2β3 business days after purchase.
Weβre a small team, so we do our best to pack and ship your pieces as soon as we can. During sales, new drops, and the holiday season, please give us a few extra days to process everything.
Once your order has been shipped out, delivery usually takes 1β7 working days. Shipping may take longer depending on your location, courier delays, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Most couriers may also have limited or no deliveries during holidays such as New Year, Holy Week, Christmas, and some weekends.

Returns
What is your Return Policy?
We check every piece carefully before sending it out, but if you receive a broken, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can help.
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and with no signs of misuse.
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, which may be used online or in-store.
Discounted items, marked-down items, gift cards, custom pieces, and other Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
