Brand Associate – Retail Operations
Location: UPTC / Ravenrow store and brand operations
Employment Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a Brand Associate – Retail Operations who can help manage the day-to-day retail experience of Ravenrow.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, stylish, customer-friendly, and excited to work in a growing jewelry and lifestyle brand.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help with store operations, customer assistance, inventory, visual merchandising, and making sure the Ravenrow shopping experience feels clean, fun, and on-brand.
Your tasks may include:
- Assisting customers in-store
- Sharing product stories, gemstone details, and styling suggestions
- Maintaining store cleanliness and visual display standards
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating stock replenishment
- Helping process sales, orders, and customer inquiries
- Supporting store promos, events, and launches
- Coordinating with the team on daily sales and operations updates
- Making sure every customer has a warm, easy, and memorable Ravenrow experience
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interested in fashion, jewelry, styling, or retail
- Responsible with inventory and store tasks
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Presentable, professional, and on-brand

Retail experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Intern – Sales and Marketing
Location: Antipolo HQ / UPTC / hybrid depending on tasks
Employment Type: Internship
We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern who wants real, hands-on experience in a growing fashion and jewelry brand.
This role is great for someone who loves social media, content, trends, customer behavior, selling, styling, and brand building.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the Ravenrow team in marketing campaigns, content creation, customer engagement, store promos, and sales activities.
Your tasks may include:
- Assisting with content planning for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Helping create captions, stories, reels ideas, and campaign concepts
- Supporting product shoots, launches, and promos
- Helping with customer messages and inquiries
- Assisting with store activations and sales pushes
- Researching trends, competitors, and content ideas
- Helping organize product details, collections, and marketing materials
- Supporting the team during events, pop-ups, and in-store campaigns
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Creative, trend-aware, and active on social media
- Interested in fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or retail
- Comfortable writing captions and brainstorming content ideas
- Friendly and willing to learn
- Organized and responsible with assigned tasks
- Excited to work in a fast-moving brand environment
Bonus points if you love styling jewelry, taking aesthetic photos, or making TikToks. 😉
Intern – Admin
Location: Antipolo HQ / hybrid depending on tasks
Employment Type: Internship
We’re looking for an Admin Intern who can help keep the behind-the-scenes side of Ravenrow organized.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in learning how a retail and jewelry brand runs from the inside.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the team with admin, coordination, encoding, files, inventory documents, and daily operations.
Your tasks may include:
- Encoding product, inventory, and sales information
- Organizing files, documents, and reports
- Assisting with purchase records and supplier coordination
- Helping prepare store and operations documents
- Supporting the team with scheduling, checklists, and trackers
- Assisting with product tagging, inventory counts, and stock monitoring
- Helping with general office and brand admin tasks
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Responsible with files, records, and deadlines
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, or similar tools
- Willing to learn retail, admin, and operations work
- Reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
No need to be super experienced — we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude.
